ADMINISTRATIVE/EXECUTIVE SERVICES:

Word Processing - Typing of notes, correspondence, general clerical needs.

Transcription - Dictation from standard or micro cassette tapes.

Appointment Scheduling/Confirmation - If you need someone to schedule your
appointments and follow-up, we can complete that for you!

Routine Paperwork Processing - If your career requires an abundance of
paperwork to be filled out frequently, we can make sure it's completed and ready for
you finished accurately and on time.

E-mail Management - Too many e-mails to go through?  We can help weed out the
miscellaneous ones so you can see what's important to you.

Billing - If you need help with invoicing your clients/customers, we can help create a
system for you that will enable you to never fall behind on billing issues and make
sure everything is sent in a timely manner according to your payment schedules.

PERSONNEL SERVICES/RESUMES:

Hiring Process Assistance - We will work with you to complete a job posting for a
position with your company on-line.  We can accept all applications and resumes
pertaining to the job and review each one, giving you access to the ones that
match your needs.  We can set-up initial interviews and provide reference checks.
We will complete the process with you from start to finish!

New Hire Paperwork Assembly And Processing - We can put together your
company's new employee paperwork packet and make sure the new employee
has filled out each page according to procedure.  We can process all paperwork
for you based on your needs and requirements.

Applicant/Employee Correspondence - We can create letters of acceptance and
letters of denial to be sent to applicants.

Job Descriptions - We can create job descriptions based on your requirements
and needs.  Once completed, you will have the ability to make changes (on your
own, if you request) and maintain updates when necessary by having it provided
to you on a disk.

Employee Manuals - If you are a new business or need to update current policies
and procedures, we can help you make sure your manual is up-to-date and
revisions are properly completed.

RESUMES:
If you are looking to change careers or just starting out, Admin Cafe can help you
create a very professional resume that fits your industry.  We will tailor it to your
experience and provide you copies on disk as well as create cover letters upon
request.

JOB SEARCH ASSISTANCE:
If you need help finding the job of your dreams, let us help you!  We will conduct a
thorough job search on the Internet for what you are looking for.  We will fax or
e-mail your resume to potential job opportunities that fit your experience and work
with you to land that perfect job!
MARKETING/MAILING SUPPORT:

Mailings - We can create fliers and postcards for your marketing needs and have
them sent to your target audiences via provided contacts.  If you already have a
flyer or postcard done, we can affix the labels for you and take care of sending
them out so you don't have to!

Mail Merges - If you have a mass letter to send out or need labels created and
saved on a disk, we will be happy to conduct a mail merge to accomplish that
task for you.

Information Packet Assembly - Have a packet to send out, but don't have time to
put all the pieces together?  We can help you assemble your packet from start to
finish!

General Forms Management - If you have questionnaires, customer satisfaction
forms, or any other form that requires maintenance, we can make sure that we
keep on top of the feedback you receive and provide everything on a spreadsheet
for easier review.

We can generate a variety of desktop creations to fit your needs.  Unless you are
needing a minimal amount, all printing services will be outsourced and the
customer will be billed upfront for costs.

RATES AND EXPENSES
GENERAL TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
All rates are based on either an
hourly or retainer rate.

Hourly Rates are a "pay as you go"
rate for clients who are not sure of
monthly hourly requirements needed.  
They can be from 1-9 hours monthly,
depending on necessity.

Retainer Rates are for a specific
amount of hours each month.  
Additional hours are billed
accordingly.  
Any unused hours for the
month cannot be rolled into the next
month.

Billing is in 15-minute increments (or
rounded to the nearest increment).   
Some projects require special
attention and may be charged
differently.

Deposits or a minimum amount may
be required before work begins.

Normal office expenses are the
responsibility of Admin Cafe,
however,
all outside expenses
including postage, and miscellaneous
office supplies pertaining to the
client's needs will be billed to the
client in advance, if necessary by
Admin Cafe.
*  A 1-hour minimum charge is
required on all projects.

*  Invoices are due and payable
upon receipt.  A $30.00 service fee
applies to all returned checks.

*  Final proofing is the responsibility
of the client.  

*  Retainer clients require a contract
agreement.  They are
non-refundable and billed each
month in advance.

*  For any rush jobs or holiday work,
an additional charge will be added -
ranging between 30-50%.  This
depends upon the projects/duties
required.
